Granola bars are perfect for breakfast or a snack at any time!

We came across this one from @the_smallseed_ which is gluten free, vegan, full of protein and healthy fats.

Many of these ingredients we have on our website either in organic or non-organic so you can take your pick.

What will you be baking this weekend?

 

Recipe-
Dry ingredients:
245 g roasted almonds
45g pepitas
85g raw pistachios
15g puffed rice
30g coconut flakes
2 Tbls hemp seeds
30g goji berries
40g organic dried cranberries
30g organic currants
1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder .

Wet ingredients:
1/2 Cup rice malt syrup
3 Tbls coconut sugar
2 Tbls coconut oil
2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 Cup Tahini (or use almond butter or peanut butter)

Line a baking Tin 27cm by 18cm with baking paper
Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl. Combine.
In a small saucepan, place all wet ingredients, heat on low, whisking ingredients until smooth.
Take off heat once it starts to boil.
Pour over dry ingredients and combine well making sure all is mixed together.
Place mixture into prepared tin and press down until firm and compact.
Place in fridge for approx an hour.
Take out and slice.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
