Making your own granola is simple and easy. Use the recipe below as a base and make it your own by adding in your favourite ingredients.
Make it gluten free by swapping oats for quinoa flakes. Make it all organic by choosing organic options.
2 Cups Rolled oats
1/2 C Desiccated coconut
1 Tsp Cinnamon powder
Pinch of Salt – Himalayan pink salt
1/2 C Almonds
3/4 C Pepitas
90 ml Coconut oil-melt
95 ml Pure maple syrup
3 Tsp Pure Vanilla extract
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl, combine.
In a bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients over the dry and combine well.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread evenly and Place in oven,bake for 30 mins, stirring after 15.
Take out of oven and allow to cool completely! Do not stir!
Store in an airtight container.
