Something a little different for your next healthy snack….

How about one of these strawberry date balls?

We have all the right ingredients to make this organic, or swap out for non-organic if you prefer.

Ingredients:

50g organic pitted dates

100g organic rolled oats

50g organic shredded coconut

1 tsp organic coconut oil

1 tblsp organic cashew nuts

1 tsp organic chia seeds

10g organic puffed amaranth

150g hulled strawberries

 

Method:

Place all ingredients (except strawberries) into a food processor and blend everything together.

Take a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball then put a hulled strawberry into the middle, roll in more shredded coconut and store it in a airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
