Base:

1 1/2 cups pitted dates (rinsed)

1 3/4 cups rolled oats or substitute with quinoa flakes

1 pinch pink Himalayan fine salt

2 tbs raw cacao powder

1 tbs coconut oil

 

Caramel: 

2 cups pitted dates (rinsed)

1 1/6 cups soaked cashews

1 pinch pink Himalayan fine salt

1 tbs coconut oil

 

Chocolate:

25-50g dark chocolate (use your own personal preference here)

1 tsp coconut oil

 

Method:

Blend base ingredients in a blender and press down in a small square baking tin.  Place in the freezer.

Blend caramel ingredients together

Pour caramel into the base from the freezer and place back into the freezer while melting the chocolate.

Melt chocolate and mix in coconut oil

Pour over the caramel and let sit in the freezer for minimum 4 hours.
