Overnight oats is always an easy way to eat well and get your day off to a good start with little effort!

For something a little different, this golden oat recipe has some great anti-inflammatory properties and a number of health benefits for everyone.

* 1 serve overnight oats⁣ (2 cups rolled oats and 1 cup of your choice of milk, 4 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice – coconut sugar, rapadura sugar, maple syrup )
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
* 1/4 tsp ground ginger⁣
* 1 tsp coconut oil⁣
* Pinch black pepper⁣
Heat your oats and milk that have been soaked overnight and then stir in your spices and coconut oil.  Add sliced fruit or yoghurt to your preference.
