We want to give you lot’s of quick and easy Christmassy treats for your friends and family, and this one is very easy!
𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗙𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘
1 cup almond butter
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil (solid)
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1+1/2 tsp ground ginger
1+1/1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice (pimento)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Coarse sea salt for garnish
Simply add all of the ingredients to your food processor and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Be careful not to overtax as the mixture could separate.
Add the fudge to a small baking dish or lunch box lined with parchment paper and freeze for 4 hours.
