- dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp goji berries
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp crushed brazil nuts (omit for nut free)
- 1 Tbsp pepitas
- 1/2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp bee pollen
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over stove top on low heat. Stir frequently.
Once fully melted, remove chocolate from heat and pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients onto melted chocolate.
Place in fridge or freezer to set*
Once hardened, break apart and eat!
Best stored in the fridge.
