A delicious nutritious snack winner!


1 medium carrot (grated)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/4 cup hazelnuts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk choice)

1/6 cup pitted dates

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp shredded coconut


Blend all ingredients (except coconut) in a food processor until dough is formed.

Roll into bite sized balls and cover in coconut

Refrigerate 1 hour then enjoy!

Keeps for up to a week.
